General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Rtech Srl, with its registered office at Via Armentarezza 5 – 33040 Premariacco (UD), is the owner of the portal www.rtechmx.com and all websites connected to it.

General Terms

Each product is presented clearly to help you immediately identify the compatible motorcycle and view all available color options; if an item fits multiple models and is not designed for a specific motorcycle, it is marked as a Universal Item.

Using the website is even faster and more convenient when you are a Registered Customer, with access to exclusive promotions and useful features—though registration is not required to make a purchase.

In the My Account section, registered users can enter their contact details, specify a shipping address different from the billing address, subscribe to the newsletter, and check the status of their orders.

Once you’ve found the product you’re interested in, simply click on one of the options next to the product image to add it to your Cart or your Wishlist.

By clicking on Cart, you can easily review the products you’ve selected, including their unit price and the total amount of your potential order, as well as adjust the quantities or remove items. The Wishlist allows you to save products you’re interested in without purchasing them immediately, and you’ll find them stored and ready to view each time you log in.

If you are a private customer, Rtech Store offers three payment methods: CREDIT CARD via PayPal, CASH ON DELIVERY, or ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER.

If you are a business customer with a VAT number, your information will be verified through a chamber of commerce search before activation, and you will be promptly informed of the outcome. You will then be contacted by one of our representatives to define the payment method.

If your order cannot be accepted or can only be fulfilled partially, Rtech Store will notify you promptly. In such cases, if you paid by credit card or PayPal, an amount equal to the value of the unavailable product will be refunded within the next 16 business hours.

The delivery of purchased products will be carried out throughout Italy via express courier.

For orders placed by private customers with a minimum order value of €69.90, excluding shipping and cash-on-delivery fees, standard delivery within mainland Italy (excluding islands) is provided free of charge.

For shipments outside mainland Italy or to other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on distance, weight, and volume, and will be indicated on the order form during the purchase process.

The Customer will not be required to pay anything beyond what is specified at the time of the order.

The delivery of products purchased through the Rtech Store online catalog is made to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, via carriers selected by Rtech Srl, to addresses located in the countries served by the shipping service.

For shipments within Italy, delivery normally takes place within 48–72 business hours from the time the order is processed (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in the delivery time calculation). For islands or remote areas, an additional 24 hours may be required. In any case, the delivery times indicated are to be considered purely indicative and non-binding for Rtech Srl.

Rtech Srl also ships within the European Union and to non-EU countries. For such destinations, delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country, the selected carrier, the chosen shipping method and any customs inspections.

Any delays resulting from customs procedures, inspections, requests for documentation or from the Customer’s failure to pay customs duties, taxes or other import charges shall not be attributable to Rtech Srl.

Failure to pay such charges may result in the blocking, return or abandonment of the shipment, as provided in the Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, without giving rise to any liability or obligation on the part of Rtech Srl to refund shipping costs.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that:

  • the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
  • the packaging is intact and undamaged.

Any damage, tampering or discrepancies must be immediately reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.

If necessary, the Customer is invited to promptly contact Rtech Srl’s customer service, which will provide the appropriate instructions for handling the dispute.

For orders shipped within the European Union (EU), prices displayed on the Website include VAT, unless otherwise stated. No customs duties apply to intra-EU shipments.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (Non-EU / Extra-EU), customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, customs clearance fees and any other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping costs and shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.
Such charges are determined solely by the destination country’s authorities and/or the carrier and cannot be estimated or controlled by Rtech Srl.

The Customer is required to pay all applicable duties, taxes and charges at the time of importation. Failure or refusal to do so may result in the shipment being returned to the sender, abandoned or destroyed, in accordance with customs or carrier procedures.

In the event of refusal of delivery or non-payment of customs duties or import charges:

  • all costs incurred (including outbound shipping, return shipping, customs duties, storage and handling fees) shall be charged to the Customer
  • shipping costs are non-refundable
  • refusal of delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract

If the goods are returned to Rtech Srl for the reasons above, any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the physical receipt of the goods and verification of their condition, and may be reduced by all costs incurred. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By placing an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

General Terms of sales

  1. The contract between Rtech Store by Rtech Srl and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Rtech Srl. By placing an order through any of the available methods, the Customer acknowledges having read all information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the following general terms and payment conditions.
  2. If the Customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, they must print or save an electronic copy and in any case retain these general terms and conditions of sale, in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
  3. The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation or indemnity, as well as from any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
  1. The Customer may only purchase products listed in the Rtech Store electronic catalog at the time the order is placed, which can be viewed online at the relevant address. It is understood that the images accompanying a product description may not perfectly represent its characteristics and may differ in color, size, or included accessories. All information provided to support the purchase is intended solely as general informational material and does not necessarily reflect the actual features of an individual product.
  2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Rtech Store via email sent to the address provided by the Customer. The confirmation message will include the Date and Time the order was placed and a Customer Order Number, which must be used in any further communications with Rtech Store. The message will also display all data entered by the Customer, who is responsible for verifying its accuracy and promptly reporting any corrections according to the procedures described in this document.
  3. In the event that an order is not accepted, Rtech Store will promptly notify the Customer.
  1. Cash on Delivery:

For purchases made via Cash on Delivery, payment must be made at the time of actual delivery and can only be executed in cash or with a CASHIER’S CHECK payable to Rtech Srl (bank checks will not be accepted by the courier). The Customer is not required to pay anything beyond what is indicated at the time of the order.

  1. Advance Bank Transfer:

For payments via Advance Bank Transfer, the items ordered by the Customer will be reserved until proof of payment is received by Rtech Srl (via fax or email) within 3 working days from the date the bank details are communicated. Shipment will only occur once the payment is credited to Rtech Srl’s bank account, which must occur within 7 working days from the order acceptance date. If these deadlines are exceeded, the order will be automatically cancelled. The bank transfer must include the following details:

      • Order reference number
      • Date of the order
      • Company name of the account holder

Bank details for the transfer will be provided after the order is placed and availability of the ordered items is confirmed.

  1. PayPal:

Rtech Store uses PayPal to allow secure online payments with your credit card. It is an effective fraud prevention tool that enables purchases without sharing your financial information.

PayPal also makes your purchase safe, simple, and fast, offering buyer protection programs and specialized customer support. During the purchase process, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal server. Rtech Store will never have access to your PayPal login credentials.

  1. For every order placed on RTECH STORE, Rtech Srl issues an invoice for the shipped items, attaching it to the shipment, in accordance with Article 14 of D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The invoice will be based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. No changes to the invoice can be made after it has been issued.
  2. For all orders placed by private customers with a minimum value of €69.90, delivery within mainland Italy is free. For orders below this value, shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are displayed during the purchase process; these costs will also be included on the invoice. Payment for the goods must be made using the method selected at the time of the order. The Customer is not required to pay any amount beyond the total indicated on the invoice.
  3. Rtech Store by Rtech Srl cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing or delivery.
  4. At the time of delivery, the Customer must check:
    • That the number of packages matches the information in the accompanying shipping document;
    • That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and dry;
    • That the sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps) have not been tampered with.

Any damage or discrepancies must be immediately reported to the courier. Once the courier’s delivery document is signed, the Customer cannot contest the external condition of the delivered items. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, accuracy, or completeness of the received products must be reported to Rtech Srl within 7 days of delivery, following the procedures described in this document.

  1. If the Customer fails to collect the shipment from the courier’s warehouse within 5 working days due to repeated delivery failures to the address provided at the time of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The personal data requested during the order process are collected and processed solely to fulfill the Customer’s specific requests and will never be shared with third parties under any circumstances. Rtech Store by Rtech Srl ensures compliance with data protection regulations as outlined in the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.2003).

  1. The sales contract between the Customer and Rtech Store by Rtech Srl is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, jurisdiction lies with the court of their municipality of residence; in all other cases, jurisdiction is exclusively with the Court of Udine.
